YOUR WVPB MEMBERCARD BENEFITS
Unless otherwise stated, all local MemberCard benefits are 2-for-1 for a single use only. For dining benefits, order two or more entrees and the least expensive is deducted from your check (some restrictions may apply so check the specific listing for details).

Simply present your MemberCard when paying your check and the business will mark out its number. For non-dining benefits, notify the business upon making your reservation that you will be using your MemberCard.

How do members download the app?

Download the app for either iPhone or Android devices by searching “MemberCard” in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

Will this new app replace the old MemberCard App in the app store/google play?
Yes, if you have previously downloaded the MemberCard benefit locator app to a device, the app will be updated to the new version, which includes the mobile redemption feature.

What is the purpose of the activation code?
The activation code ensures that only Members of WVPB are allowed to utilize the benefits offered by the MemberCard app. This member-specific code will keep others from using the mobile app. The activation code will expire when your membership expires.

How will the activation codes be distributed?
For new or renewing members, the activation code will be embossed on each donor MemberCard from that time forward. For existing members who were recently issued a card visit http://membercard.com/requestcode/ to request an activation code.

What happens if a member loses their access code?
Similar to the traditional MemberCard, if a member loses their access code, simply call the Member Benefits Customer Service line at 800-423-7645. Your membership status and expiration date will be confirmed with the station, and you will be given a new Access Code.

Once a benefit is used, how will benefit providers and members know that it’s one time use is expired?
Once each benefit is redeemed, the offer is marked “Used’ and is unable to be redeemed a second time.

How are the benefits redeemed using the MemberCard Mobile app?
Benefits will be located by GPS and appear as a list on the app. Once a benefit is selected, members can hit the “redeem” button at the bottom of their screen. At that point, the member is prompted twice, ensuring that they want to redeem that benefit. The member needs to be physically at the
establishment in order to redeem.

Will Sustaining Members receive a new activation code each year?
Yes! Each year, WVPB will order an updated card and/or activation code for sustaining members.
