Sample MemberCard front: The front of the MemberCard has either a logo or embossed type identifying the station participating in the program.

Sample MemberCard back: The back of the MemberCard has a grid of numbers that correspond to the available benefits for the program. When a customer presents their MemberCard to redeem a one-time 2-for-1 offer, simply use a pen to mark out your assigned number. In some cases, your assigned number may be located on the back of the MemberCard directory rather than on the MemberCard itself.
