Benefit Development Working closely with our clients, MBI is responsible for recruiting and managing all benefit providers participating in each local MemberCard program. A benefit recruitment campaign begins with our research staff compiling a prospect list from a variety of online databases and our in-house list of 350,000 qualified prospects. Our clients review and prioritize the prospect list, which is then divided among our staff of Account Executives for recruitment. Clients receive weekly progress reports throughout the recruitment campaign. Each newly recruited benefit location receives a MemberCard Welcome Kit followed by staff training as needed . Ongoing benefit management, including all customer service, communication and renewal, is handled by the MBI staff. The only benefit management activity left for our clients is to refer any members with questions or suggestions regarding the MemberCard program to our experienced customer service staff. When clients introduce the MemberCard program, we recommend offering the popular dining benefits exclusively in the first year. After that, in addition to new dining benefits, we can add new categories of benefits to keep members excited about renewing year after year. The benefit categories currently include:
